- 1 chili pepper (red)
- 1 celery stalk
- 1/4 carrot (whole)
- 1/4 filling mixture onto bean curd skin
- 1 tb vinegar
- 1 1/2 ts soy sauce (light)
- 1/2 tb water
- 1 ts ginger
- 1 ts dark soy sauce
- 1 ts sesame oil
- 1 ts shallot
- 3/4 ts sugar
- 1/4 ts salt
