- 4 bean curd cake (pieces dried)
- 1 chili pepper (red)
- 1 celery stalk
- 1/4 carrot (whole)
- 1/4 filling mixture onto bean curd skin
- 16 ml vinegar
- 7 ml soy sauce (light)
- 7 ml water
- 5 gr ginger
- 5 ml dark soy sauce
- 4 ml sesame oil
- 3 gr shallot
- 3 gr sugar
- 1 gr salt
