Ingredients
- 10 cabbage leaves
- 1 egg
- 1/4 consomme
- 3/4 lb beef (lean ground)
- 1 c rice
- 1/8 lb salt pork
- 2 tb melted butter
- 1/2 ts salt
Soak lid of glazed clay cooker. In a bowl mix well all ingredients. Put into clay cooker. Cover and place in cold oven. Turn temperature to 425F and bake for 80 minutes. From Schlemmertopf Recipe book.
