Ingredients
- 10 cabbage leaves
- 1 egg
- 1/4 consomme
- 350 gr beef (lean ground)
- 120 gr rice
- 32 gr salt pork
- 28 gr melted butter
- 1 gr salt
Soak lid of glazed clay cooker. In a bowl mix well all ingredients. Put into clay cooker. Cover and place in cold oven. Turn temperature to 220ÂșC and bake for 80 minutes. From Schlemmertopf Recipe book.
