- 3 lb frying chicken (pieces)
- 1/2 c kikkoman teriyaki sauce
- 1 tb dry sherry
- 2 ts ginger root (minced fresh)
- 1/2 ts honey
- 1/2 ts fennel seed
- 1/2 ts orange peel (grated)
tender; turn over and baste with reserved marinade occasionally. (Or, broil 5 to 7 inches from heat source about 40 minutes; turn over and baste occasionally.)
