- 800 gr frying chicken (pieces)
- 120 ml kikkoman teriyaki sauce
- 16 ml dry sherry
- 4 gr ginger root (minced fresh)
- 2 ml honey
- 1 gr fennel seed
- 1 gr orange peel (grated)
tender; turn over and baste with reserved marinade occasionally. (Or, broil 5 to 18 cm from heat source about 40 minutes; turn over and baste occasionally.)
