Ingredients
- 2 squid
- 1 salt and pepper
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup onions fine (chop)
- 1/4 cup clam juice
- 1/4 cup wine (white)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup parsley (chop)
- 2 tablespoons basil (fresh chop)
- 1 pinch oregano
- some garlic
Heat oil and saute garlic and onions until slightly brown. Add basil, parsley, squid, wine, clam juice, marinara sauce, oregano, salt and peppers. Cook until squid is tender.
