Ingredients
- 2 squid
- 1 salt and pepper
- 700 ml marinara sauce
- 120 gr onions fine (chop)
- 60 ml clam juice
- 60 ml wine (white)
- 60 ml olive oil
- 7 gr parsley (chop)
- 4 gr basil (fresh chop)
- 1 gr oregano
- some garlic
Heat oil and saute garlic and onions until slightly brown. Add basil, parsley, squid, wine, clam juice, marinara sauce, oregano, salt and peppers. Cook until squid is tender.
