Ingredients
- 2 egg (beaten)
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 14 1/2 ounce tomatoes up (cut)
- 3/4 pound beef (ground)
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 8 ounces who kernel corn
- 1 cup cornmeal (yellow)
- 2 1/4 ounces ripe olives
- 2 tablespoons cornmeal (yellow)
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 package spices
In med. skillet, brown ground beef; drain. In med. bowl, combine milk, 1 cup cornmeal and eggs; blend well. Add ground beef and remaining ingredients except cheese and 2 Tbls. cornmeal; stir to mix. Pour into 12x8" lightly greased baking dish. Bake in 350F oven 35-40 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and 2 Tbls. cornmeal; continue baking until cheese melts. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
