- 1 anchovy paste
- 2 lb chicken breasts (boneless)
- 9 c romaine lettuce
- 3/8 c lemon juice (fresh)
- 1/4 c wine vinegar (red)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice mixture to the chicken
- 1/4 c parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 oz french bread
- 1 tb olive oil
- 1/2 ts garlic powder
- 1/4 ts pepper (fresh ground)
- some garlic
mixture over lettuce and toss well. Add the chicken mixture and cheese, and toss gently to coat. Serve with croutons. Calories per 1 1/2 cup serving: 257
