Ingredients
- 12 soda crackers
- 3 chicken breasts (boneless)
- 1/2 c low fat yogurt
- 2 tb low fat yogurt
- 2 t catsup
- 2 t soy sauce (light)
- 2 t celery (finely chopped)
- 1 ts thyme (dried)
- 1/4 ts curry powder
- 1/2 t garlic pepper (very finely minced fresh ground)
- 1/2 ts marjoram (dried)
- 8 slices even
Combine all, and pepper to taste. Makes 3 servings, 8 fingers each.
