Ingredients
- 12 soda crackers
- 3 chicken breasts (boneless)
- 120 ml low fat yogurt
- 30 ml low fat yogurt
- 10 ml catsup
- 10 ml soy sauce (light)
- 4 gr celery (finely chopped)
- 2 gr thyme (dried)
- 1 gr curry powder
- 1 gr garlic pepper (very finely minced fresh ground)
- 1 gr marjoram (dried)
- 8 slices even
Combine all, and pepper to taste. Makes 3 servings, -10ºC ingers each.
