- 4 heart-shaped cutter dipped in flour
- 1 orange zest (freshly grated)
- 1 stick butter (unsalted)
- 1 in a double boiler
- 1/2 top side of cookie
- 6 ounces fine-quality bittersweet chocolate
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons confectioners sugar
- 1 teaspoon orange juice (fresh)
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
Chill cookies until chocolate is hardened. Cookies keep chilled, in an airtight container, 4 days. About l2 cookies. Yum!
