Ingredients
- 3 mushroom (sliced)
- 1 sour cream
- 1 melt butter in saucepan over hea mushrooms
- 2 cups cream
- 2 1/2 cups nonfat chicken broth
- 1/2 cup butter (unsalted)
- 1/4 cup sherry
- 1/4 cup chives (chopped)
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
Garnish with sour cream and top with a sprig of parsley.
