Ingredients
- 6 bananas
- 3 garlic (cloves minced)
- 1 tart apples (minced)
- 2 c sugar
- 1 c apple cider vinegar
- 1 c raisins
- 1 c onion (minced)
- 3/8 c lemon juice
- 1/4 c cayenne pepper
- 1 tb salt
- 1 ts ginger (ground)
- 1 ts nutmeg
Peel and mash bananas. In a large casserole dish combine all of the ingredients. Bake in a 350~ oven for about 2 hours, stirring occasionally. When thickened, ladle into sterilized jars and seal. Makes about 2 pints.
