Ingredients
- 6 bananas
- 3 garlic (cloves minced)
- 1 tart apples (minced)
- 400 gr sugar
- 240 ml apple cider vinegar
- 170 gr raisins
- 95 gr onion (minced)
- 80 ml lemon juice
- 34 gr cayenne pepper
- 8 gr salt
- 2 gr ginger (ground)
- 2 gr nutmeg
Peel and mash bananas. In a large casserole dish combine all of the ingredients. Bake in a 180ºC oven for about 2 hours, stirring occasionally. When thickened, ladle into sterilized jars and seal. Makes about 2 pints.
