Ingredients
- 6 crackers (whole grain finely)
- 2 teasp basi (fresh minced)
- 1 water-packed tuna (drained)
- 1 smilin egg (white)
- 1 garlic (minced)
- 7 ounces crab meat
- 1/4 cup bell pepper (minced red)
- 2 tablespoons onions (minced)
- 2 teaspoons calorie (reduced)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons parsley (fresh minced)
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper (ground red)
- 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
Preheat oven to 375~. Spray nonstick baking sheet with vegetable coating spray. In large bowl, gently mix all ingredients, being careful not to break up lumps of crab meat. Using a scant 1/4 cup mixture for each, make 6 cakes. Shape mixture into circle, pressing flat. Place on prepared baking sheet. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
