Ingredients
- 6 crackers (whole grain finely)
- 2 teasp basi (fresh minced)
- 1 water-packed tuna (drained)
- 1 smilin egg (white)
- 1 garlic (minced)
- 110 gr crab meat
- 34 gr bell pepper (minced red)
- 12 gr onions (minced)
- 10 gr calorie (reduced)
- 7 ml lemon juice
- 5 ml worcestershire sauce
- 3 gr parsley (fresh minced)
- 1 gr pepper (ground red)
- 1 gr marjoram
Preheat oven to 190ºC Spray nonstick baking sheet with vegetable coating spray. In large bowl, gently mix all ingredients, being careful not to break up lumps of crab meat. Using a scant quarter cup mixture for each, make 6 cakes. Shape mixture into circle, pressing flat. Place on prepared baking sheet. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
