Ingredients
- 2 hash browns (frozen thawed)
- 2 cps cornflakes (crushed)
- 1 pint sour cream
- 2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 3/4 cup margarine melted
- 1/2 cup onion (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 package cream of chicken soup condensed
COMBINE next 7 ingredients and mix with hashbrowns. PUT all in a 3 quart casserole. SAUTE cornflakes in butter and sprinkle on top. COVER and BAKE at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.
