Ingredients
- 2 hash browns (frozen thawed)
- 2 cps cornflakes (crushed)
- 475 ml sour cream
- 230 gr cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 170 gr margarine melted
- 60 gr onion (chopped)
- 3 gr salt
- 1 package cream of chicken soup condensed
COMBINE next 7 ingredients and mix with hashbrowns. PUT all in a 3 litre casserole. SAUTE cornflakes in butter and sprinkle on top. COVER and BAKE at 180ÂșC or about 40 minutes.
