Ingredients
- 9 springform with nonstick (pan)
- 3 egg whites
- 2 up the sides of the springform
- 2 eggs
- 1 crust mixture (garnish)
- 24 oz cottage cheese
- 12 oz sour cream
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 12 oz cream cheese
- 1 1/2 c graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c orange juice concentrate
- 3/8 c nonfat dry milk powder
- 4 t vegetable oil
- 3 t sugar
- 2 t vanilla extract
- 3 t unsweetened dutch-processed -cocoa
- 1/4 t salt
refrigerate for at least 4 hours. To remove the cheesecake from the pan, first run a thin knife around the edge. Loosen clasp and lift away sides. Use a sharp, wet knife to cut the cake. Wipe the knife clean and then wet it again before cutting each slice, if necessary.
