- 1/4 filling on of the crepes
- 16 oz salmon
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 1/2 c chicken broth
- 1 c swiss cheese
- 1 c celery
- 6 tb margarine
- 1/2 lb mushrooms
- 1/2 c all purpose flour
- 1/2 c onions (yellow)
- 1 tb pimientos
- 1 ts worcestershire sauce
- 1 ts lemon juice
- 1 tb parsley (fresh)
- 30 packages you buy crepes already prepared
with lemon wedges.
