Ingredients
- 4 egg whites
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 xanthan gum
- 1 c low-fat buttermilk
- 1 1/2 c rice flour
- 1 c pitted dates (chopped)
- 1/2 c egg substitute (frozen)
- 3/8 c orange juice concentrate
- 1/2 c brown rice flour
- 3 tb vegetable oil
- 1 tb baking powder
- 1 tb orange peel (grated)
- 1/2 ts baking soda
- 1/4 ts salt
Combine rice flour, brown rice flour, baking powder, xanthan gum, baking soda and salt
