• 450 degree oven
• 8 mushrooms (sliced)
• 2 egg yolks
• 1 unbaked pastry shell
• 1 egg
• 1 salt
• 3 cups zucchini (grated)
• 2 cups monterey jack cheese (grated)
• 1/2 cup whipped cream
• 1 cup jack cheese in the bottom of the pastry shell
• 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 package cream cheese
• some spread the bottom of a pastry shell with mustard
• some salt and pepper
