- 400 gr zucchini (grated)
- 250 gr monterey jack cheese (grated)
- 120 ml whipped cream
- 95 gr jack cheese in the bottom of the pastry shell
- 30 ml dijon mustard
- 28 gr butter
- 1 package cream cheese
- some spread the bottom of a pastry shell with mustard
- some salt and pepper
