Ingredients
- 12 frying over high hea when oil is (pan hot)
- 3 1/2 casserole
- 1 onion
- 1 spaghetti salt pepper (hot cooked)
- 2 lb top round beef
- 1/2 c dry wine
- 1/2 lb mushrooms (fresh)
- 1/4 c tomato paste
- 2 tb olive oil
- 3 tb all purpose flour
- 1 tb butter
- 1 tablespoon oil to the frying along with (pan)
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 tb parsley (chopped)
- 1 t oregano leaves (dried)
- 1 t basil leaves (dried)
- 1 package stewed tomatoes
- 1 package condensed beef consomme
tightly with foil and bake in a 350'F. oven until meat is very tender when pierced, about 2 1/2 hours. Serve over hot cooked spaghetti and add salt and pepper to taste. Makes 4-5 cups.
