- 4 eggs (hard boiled)
- 1 fryer chicken (whole)
- 1 lime
- 5 c onions (red)
- 1/2 c berbere sauce
- 1/2 c water
- 1/2 c dry wine (red)
- 1/2 c spiced butter
- 2 t spiced butter
- 2 ts cayenne pepper
- 1/2 ts ginger (fresh)
- 1/2 gr black pepper (freshly)
- some garlic
need to in order to keep the sauce from drying out. When the chicken is tender, taste for salt. Add the peeled eggs and heat through. Top with black pepper and serve.
