- 10 3/4 oz condensed sodium (canned)
- 6 oz crab (canned white)
- 6 oz shrimp (canned)
- 1/4 c parsley (fresh)
- 1 t extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/4 t black pepper (freshly ground)
- 1/4 t basil (dried)
- 1/4 t oregano (dried)
- 1/8 t pepper flakes (red)
over low heat for about 10 minutes, or until hot.
