- 200 gr condensed sodium (canned)
- 95 gr crab (canned white)
- 90 gr shrimp (canned)
- 7 gr parsley (fresh)
- 5 ml extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr black pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 gr basil (dried)
- 1 gr oregano (dried)
- 1 gr pepper flakes (red)
over low heat for about 10 minutes, or until hot.
