Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 thickness on floured surface with floured rolling pin (lightly)
- 3 c all purpose flour
- 1 c packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c honey
- 3 tb butter
- 2 ts allspice (ground)
- 1/2 ts baking soda
- 1/2 ts salt
Cut with 3" cookie cutter. Transfer to prepared cookie sheet. Bake 15-18 minutes until edges are light brown. Cool 1 minute. Remove to wire rack; cool completely. Decorate with white frosting. Store in airtight container. ----
