Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 thickness on floured surface with floured rolling pin (lightly)
- 375 gr all purpose flour
- 220 gr packed brown sugar
- 60 ml honey
- 45 gr butter
- 4 gr allspice (ground)
- 2 gr baking soda
- 1 gr salt
Cut with 8 cm cookie cutter. Transfer to prepared cookie sheet. Bake 15-18 minutes until edges are light brown. Cool 1 minute. Remove to wire rack; cool completely. Decorate with white frosting. Store in airtight container. ----
