Ingredients
- 4 garlic (cloves)
- 2 beef bouillon (cubes)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1/2 corriander
- 3 pounds beef (ground)
- 15 oz kidney beans undrained
- 12 oz beer
- 6 oz tomato sauce
- 3/8 cup water
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon papper sauce (hot)
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Brown ground beef in skillet; drain. Place in slow cooker. Add remaini ng ingredients. Cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours or on Low for 6 8 hours. Ser ves 12.
