- 11 mg sodium
- 7 gm fat
- 3 tart apples
- 3 gm protein
- 3 gm fiber
- 2 quart saucepan over high heat
- 1 qt saucepan over high heat
- 1 1/2 c unsweetened applesauce (thick)
- 1/2 c honey
- 1/2 cup all-fruit apricot jam
- 3 tb apple brandy
- 1 tb vanilla extract
sieve. Use a pastry brush to glaze apples with jam. Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool before slicing. ----
