- 11 mg sodium
- 7 gm fat
- 3 tart apples
- 3 gm protein
- 3 gm fiber
- 1,900 ml saucepan over high heat
- 950 ml saucepan over high heat
- 350 ml unsweetened applesauce (thick)
- 120 ml honey
- 160 gr all-fruit apricot jam
- 40 gr apple brandy
- 14 gr vanilla extract
sieve. Use a pastry brush to glaze apples with jam. Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool before slicing. ----
