Ingredients
- 16 fl tomato sauce (canned)
- 4 garlic (cloves)
- 1 onion
- 3 1/8 c water
- 1 c am garbanzo flour
- 2 tb am unrefined olive oil
- 1 ts honey
- 1 ts dry oregano
- 1 1/2 ts dry
- 1/2 ts sea salt
- 1/8 ts pepper
Saute' onion, garlic and mushrooms in oil until onion is soft. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to simmer. Reduce heat, and simmer on low heat until thick; stirring frequently.
