Ingredients
- 2 scallions
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 cucumber
- 1 lime
- 1/2 lemon
- 4 c tomato juice
- 2 c tomatoes (freshly diced)
- 1/2 c onion (finely minced)
- 1 t honey
- 1/4 c parsley (freshly minced)
- 1 t tarragon
- 1 t basil
- 1/2 ts cumin
