Ingredients
- 2 scallions
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 cucumber
- 1 lime
- 1/2 lemon
- 950 ml tomato juice
- 300 gr tomatoes (freshly diced)
- 50 gr onion (finely minced)
- 5 ml honey
- 7 gr parsley (freshly minced)
- 2 gr tarragon
- 1 gr basil
- 1 gr cumin
