Ingredients
- 2 garlic pressed (cloves)
- 2 shoyu
- 28 oz tomatoes
- 4 c cucumbers (peeled)
- 1 c water
- 1/2 c green pepper (diced)
- 1/2 c pepper (red diced)
- 1/2 c onions
- 3 tb vinegar
- 3 tb lime juice
- 3 tb lemon juice
- 2 tb onion (minced)
- 1 t cumin
- 1 t dill (minced)
- 1 t basil (minced)
