Ingredients
- 2 garlic pressed (cloves)
- 2 shoyu
- 525 gr tomatoes
- 425 gr cucumbers (peeled)
- 240 ml water
- 65 gr green pepper (diced)
- 65 gr pepper (red diced)
- 60 gr onions
- 45 ml vinegar
- 45 ml lime juice
- 45 ml lemon juice
- 16 gr onion (minced)
- 2 gr cumin
- 2 gr dill (minced)
- 1 gr basil (minced)
