Ingredients
- 4 stalks celery (diced)
- 2 bell pepper (yellow diced)
- 2 cucumbers (peeled)
- 1 green bell pepper (diced)
- 1 with liquid
- 3 c water (cold)
- 6 tb lemon juice
- 2 tb olive oil
- 1/2 c basil (fresh chopped)
- 1 tb tabasco sauce
- 1/4 c italian parsley (chopped)
- 1/2 ts salt
- 1/4 ts pepper
- 28 packages tomatoes (plum chopped)
