- 4 stalks celery (diced)
- 2 bell pepper (yellow diced)
- 2 cucumbers (peeled)
- 1 green bell pepper (diced)
- 1 with liquid
- 700 ml water (cold)
- 90 ml lemon juice
- 30 ml olive oil
- 18 gr basil (fresh chopped)
- 16 ml tabasco sauce
- 7 gr italian parsley (chopped)
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
- 28 packages tomatoes (plum chopped)
