- 1/2 lemon extract

- 1/2 water does have to be scalded (not)
- 3 1/2 c flour
- 1/2 c butter
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/2 c sugar
- 3/8 c warm water
- 3/8 c warm water with
- 2 ts salt
- 1 ts sugar
- 1 t sugar
- 1 package yeast
portions and roll each to a rectangle. Place dough on a cookie sheet. Put half of prunes in each center and dough down each side towads the center. Cover with a clean cloth and let rise in a warm place. Dot with butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Bake at 350~F until light brown, about 20-25 minutes. Makes 2 large coffeecakes. Margaret Garland DFYX18A
