portions and roll each to a rectangle. Place dough on a cookie sheet. Put half of prunes in each center and dough down each side towads the center. Cover with a clean cloth and let rise in a warm place. Dot with butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Bake at 180ÂșC F until light brown, about 20-25 minutes. Makes 2 large coffeecakes.
