- 6 fl
- 4 peppers coarsely (red chopped)
- 4 stalks celery (chopped)
- 4 fl wine (red)
- 3 onions coarsely (chopped)
- 14 oz tomatoes (chopped)
- 180 ml stock
- 2 tb dry wholemeal breadcrumbs
- 2 tb parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1/2 ts cumin
- 1/2 ts thyme (dried)
- 1 pn coriander cayenne pepper
- 1/4 ts oregano (dried)
- 2 packages kidney beans
top. For a very low fat recipe ommit the cheese.
