Ingredients
- 4 litres of water
- 3 garlic (cloves)
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 green lentils
- 1 onion (grated)
- 10 oz tomatoes
- 3 1/2 oz olive oil
- 3 tb vinegar (red)
- 2 tb tomato paste
- 2 tb italian parsley (chopped)
- 1/2 ts salt
- 1/2 ts black pepper
- 1/2 ts basil
there is enough water. Before serving, add red vinegar, mix well. Check seasonings.
