Ingredients
- 4 litres of water
- 3 garlic (cloves)
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 green lentils
- 1 onion (grated)
- 190 gr tomatoes
- 100 ml olive oil
- 45 ml vinegar (red)
- 34 gr tomato paste
- 3 gr italian parsley (chopped)
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr black pepper
- 1 gr basil
there is enough water. Before serving, add red vinegar, mix well. Check seasonings.
