- 4 plates
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 1 salt pepper
- 1/2 salsa
- 1/2 c dry wine (red)
- 4 tb olive oil
- 3 tb balsamic vinegar
- 2 tb dry wine (red)
- 1/4 ts oregano (dried)
place a grilled chicken breast on top. Garnish with salsa. Makes 4 servings. ----
