Ingredients
- 10 cast iron skillet
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 1 onion
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 1/2 c cornmeal
- 1/2 c sun tomatoes in oil (dried)
- 4 tb butter
- 2 tb basil leaves (fresh)
- 1/2 ts baking soda
- 1/4 ts black pepper
- 2 ts basil leaves (dried)
firm, but not hard. Serve warm.
