Ingredients
- 12 bread (cubes)
 - 9 baking (square pan)
 - 7 celery stalks
 - 2 onion (yellow)
 - 1 egg
 - 1 celery stalk
 - 1 turkey neck
 - 1 turkey leaves from
 - 12 c water to a in a po thoroughly rinse turkey neck (boil)
 - 12 c water
 - 3 c rice
 - 2 c pecans
 - 1 c milk
 - 1 1/2 c cornmeal
 - 1/2 lb mushrooms
 - 1/2 c flour
 - 3 tb vegetable oil
 - 2 tb baking powder
 - 3 t vegetable oil
 - 1 ts salt
