Ingredients
- 3 1/4 round cookie cutter
 - 1 egg
 - 1 week
 - 3/4 preserves in center
 - 1/2 dark karo
 - 1/2 dough
 - 1/2 roun
 - 1/2 on ungreased cookie shee bake (apart)
 - 3 c flour
 - 1 c butter
 - 1/2 c sugar
 - 1 ts ginger
 - 1 ts cinnamon
 
each cookie without cut-out center; top each with a cookie WITH cut-out center, gently pressing cookies together. Store in tightly covered container to use up within 1 week. ----
